In conjunction with all Prospecting and Mining processes, certain Statutory Processes are required to be maintained and updated. Richmond's extensive experience in Total Project Management ensures ongoing piece of mind when dealing with the various Governmental Departments, keeping track of all ongoing processes and reporting requirements. Statutory Processes includes aspects such as Public Participation Meetings, Tribal Authorities meetings & Agreements, Social and Labour Plan Consultations and Negotiations, Water use license applications, and various Progress Reporting.

Whereby "Total Project Management" remain the focus of Richmond and although some of these services are provided by Richmond "in-house", we pride ourselves in having close working relationships with various independent entities who assist in some of the processes.
